Shipping Policy

The 48 contiguous US states. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or internationally yet.

Orders are made to order and fulfilled from US facilities. They usually leave the warehouse within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Very large orders can take longer, and we'll email you if yours will.

Transit time starts when your order ships. Total delivery time is processing plus transit.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Each renewal is processed and shipped the same way, starting on its billing date.

Please check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, email contact@mootropic.com within 12 hours and we'll try to fix it. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.
